Falsely answering question 11a yes on ATF form 4473 (5300.9) FIREARMS TRANSACTION RECORD to receive firearm(s) for the actual buyer is a federal felony and may also violate state and/or local laws.
It is against the law for you to buy guns with the intent to sell to others with the intent to make a profit without having a firearms dealers license issued by the BATF and a state retail sales tax certificate.
